The scheme represents a major investment into Ilford, which can harness the potential of Crossrail and create footfall to the town centre during this period of post-COVID recovery. The scheme will deliver around 2,800 sqm of flexible ground floor units for workspace, leisure and community uses designed to enhance Ilford’s reputation as a town centre destination where people come to live, work and to dwell.
Our proposals will also create new employment and training opportunities for local people during construction and when the site becomes operational.
